4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Users are responsible for paying relevant fees for MeFresh’s appointment services, including but not limited to reservation fees and service charges. Payments should be made according to MeFresh’s clear guidelines.
4.2 MeFresh reserves the right to modify fees with advance notice, ensuring transparency and reasonableness.

9.2 If negotiation fails to reach an agreement, both parties agree to submit to arbitration, with the arbitration venue being the arbitration institution located where MeFresh operates.
10. Service Changes and Termination
10.1 MeFresh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time and will notify users in advance.
10.2 If users violate these terms, MeFresh reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend user accounts to protect the interests of MeFresh and other users.
11. Service Permission Adjustments
11.1 MeFresh reserves the right to adjust system service permissions as necessary for business needs, including but not limited to feature adjustments and service terminations.
11.2 MeFresh will strive to provide users with advance notice regarding adjustments to system service permissions.
